Medical Director of Infinite Behavioral Health Antonio De Filippo, MD
Dr. Antonio De Filippo is triple board certified in Psychiatry, Psychosomatic Medicine, and Addiction Medicine. Currently practicing in Broward County Florida, Dr. De Filippo is active in many areas of the medical industry and is experienced in both the treatment and management aspects of the profession. He has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a consultant and national speaker to the world’s largest pharmaceutical organizations.
Dr. De Filippo began his career as a double major at the University of Miami where he achieved a Bachelor of Science with honors. He continued his academic career at the University of South Florida where he earned his medical degree. He returned to Miami to complete his residency training at University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. De Filippo currently is an adjunct professor of psychopharmacology at Nova University Medical School.
Dr. De Filippo is an active physician in his private practice which is comprised of three offices in Broward County. He has been or is currently the Chief Medical Officer, Medical Director, and/or on the Board of Advisors to a number of institutions including: Archways Community Mental Health Center, Susan B. Anthony Community Mental Health Center, Broward County Health Planning Council. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of South Florida Psychiatric Services. Dr. De Filippo is a speaker for several major pharmaceutical corporations and is frequently requested as a consultant and trainer national medical advisory meetings. He is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish.
Psychologist and Clinical Director of Infinite Behavioral Health Julie D. Bruno, Psy.D & CAP
Dr. Julie D. Bruno earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English Composition and Communications from Florida State University. She earned her Master’s and Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University. Julie acquired specialized training throughout her Doctoral education in child, medical, and forensic assessment. Additionally, she acquired training in substance abuse, co-occurring disorders and Forensic Psychology.
Julie utilizes an integrated approach to psychotherapy with a firm foundation in existential theory. She has special interest in treatment of individuals with existential concerns, history of abuse and trauma, substance abuse, gender issues and family of origin issues. Dr. Bruno has also been a Certified Addiction Professional since 2005.
Co-founder and Clinician of Infinite Behavioral Health Natalie Alazrachi, MS, LMHC
Natalie Alazrachi earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bentley College in Boston, MA, and her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in Florida.
Natalie utilizes a cognitive behavioral framework and solution focused approach in her treatment. She has the ability to diversify her approach depending on the culture and personal needs of her clients. Natalie has specific knowledge with anxiety disorders, life stressors, depression, grief and bereavement, cultural issues and expertise in addiction counseling. Natalie is also fluent in Spanish and brings a wealth of expertise to her client's struggling with their mental health.
Primary Clinician of Infinite Behavioral Health Suzzy Lia Brooks, LCSW
Suzzy Lia Brooks received her Bachelors Degree in Social Work at Florida Atlantic University and her Masters in Social Work at Florida International University. Through her work, she is committed to helping people overcome depression, anxiety, manage Bipolar Disorder diagnosis along with life stressors in general that can occur during our lifetimes. Lia also has a strong background in helping people with addictions to alcohol and drugs and the dysfunction in families that go with that lifestyle. Along with, working with couples and the various issues that occur in a partnership, helping them with communication skills, boundaries and more.
Lia believes that healing is a collaborative endeavor that requires honest caring without judgment, and she cooperatively assists her clients in finding themselves again through treatment. Rather than adopting one methodology for all individuals and issues, she draws from a variety of methods to create a tailored approach for each individual and situation. As a therapist, she is warm, open, encouraging, and direct. Lia considers herself as an active therapist, combining experience, education, creativity, and sense of humor with a down-to-earth, realistic approach to counseling.
Clinician of Infinite Behavioral Health Elyse Schwartz-Myers, PsyD., LMHC
Dr. Elyse Schwartz is a caring and motivated therapist who combines experience with compassion to help clients meet their challenges while improving their mental well-being. She practices Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as other integrative therapeutic approaches.
She began her career over 18 years ago, working with children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral disorders. Dr. Schwartz specializes in deliberate self-harming behaviors, trauma issues, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. She has worked as a therapist at a private foster care agency, worked closely with the juvenile justice system, family courts, drug courts, and school districts. Dr. Schwartz has worked in the treatment industry for over 6 years as a therapist, program director and clinical director. She has also worked in psychiatric hospitals, inpatient and residential programs, mental health community centers, and private practices.
Dr. Schwartz holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Carlos Albizu University; obtained a Master of Arts in Mental Health and Professional Counseling from Argosy University; earned a Bachelor of Art in Communication from the University of South Florida; is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC); and has certification in EMDR and TF-CBT, as well as training in creative and expressive therapies and DBT.
