We currently our accepting Aetna (Medicare and Commercial), Ambetter, Beacon Value Options, Cigna (EAP and Commercial), Humana (EAP, Medicare and Commercial), Humana Military formerly TriCare, Medicare Part B and Medicaid from Sunshine Health, Optum and United Healthcare.
Infinite Behavioral Health is also partnered with Vocational Rehabilitation. In addition to these insurances, we also offer private pay options that are based on a sliding scale to assist with deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and treatment if not covered. We accept most major credit cards and/or cash.
